How do I cancel or change my booking?
Contact our support team by phone or email with your booking reference. Cancellation fees depend on the airline's fare rules.
How long does payment take to confirm?
Paystack payments are confirmed instantly. You'll receive a booking confirmation email within a few minutes.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Simply enter the passenger's details during checkout. The booking confirmation will go to your email address.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD via Paystack. All payments are in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
How do I get my e-ticket?
Your e-ticket is emailed to you after payment is confirmed. You can also find it in My Account → My Bookings.
